Automation Strategy

From US$697 (half VIP day rate)

You already have a repeatable process that you do in your business, there are aspects of it that could be streamlined or automated, but you’re not sure of the tech, what’s possible or what will be worth automating. Let’s see how many hours we can save and free up your time (or your VA’s time!). You can then focus on more valuable tasks.

This service includes:

  • 1 on 1 kick off session to discuss the processes you want to streamline and initial brainstorming
  • Detailed planning and investigating by me
  • Detailed report/flowchart on the process and where it can be automated or streamlined, tech required etc.

Additional Cost (from US$497):

  • If you like the streamlined process outlined, I can then build out the automation tech for you
  • List of assets and links for your automation and notes on what you need to know (including screenshare videos if required).

  • Connector Platforms (Zapier, Integrately, Repurpose etc)
  • Cloud Storage or project management platforms (Gdrive, Dropbox, Airtable, Clickup etc)

US$1,297 per booking (half days are available too!)

Otherwise known as a VIP Day. We will get your funnel done fast!

This service includes:

  • 1 x 45 min Kick-Off Call (after your application)
  • Personalised checklist for what you need in place for us to start
  • 6 Hours of implementation (we can structure this over 2 half days if time zones are a not aligned)
    • I will implement, but you will need to be available on a messenging platform convenient for us both on the day we are booked (I case I have quick questions, clarifying etc. that is needed to carry out the work)
  • A visual map showing the funnel strategy that you will use achieve your goals (and all the pieces that make it up)
  • You have my brain for the time we have set, so you can ask questions, strategise or build out the funnel connecting all the assets together in real time
  • 1 x 30 Min follow-up call, or additional tech implementation time (to be used within 14 days to discuss or touch-up small items)
** Copywriting and page designs are supplied by you (I can provide templates, and I can tweak if required)

Optional:

  • If required we can set your funnel up with clever reporting, so you can keep track of all your amazing results automatically

Funnel Platforms required:

  • Landing Pages – Most platforms are OK by me 🙂
  • Checkout – Thrivecart (preferred) or Samcart, others by request
  • Email Service Provider – ActiveCampaign (preferred option) or Convertkit, others by request
    ** ESP must be able to do what is required for funnel automations, tracking and other wizardry 🙂
